It's 2009 and facebook is fun but there's no real value in it. You can't develop anything meaningful with it. I need a place where I can keep all my crazy technology ideas, new directions, methodologies and practices in order, tagged even. ; )
So what to blog about... Well these days all my hours beyond 8-5 are spent either with my family, which I then blog about on facebook, or writing new bits of web code in some fancy new library that's hot this week. I'm certainly not going to write about my day job while I'm at home, I've mulled over it enough already. So web code it is then, for now at least.
My favorite library this month is jQuery, by far. It's easy to learn, makes writing the client side super fast (or at least less keystrokes), and is an enjoyable 'language', or library rather, to learn. Like the slogan says, "Write less, do more."
Next up... PHP/jQuery-foo. Enjoy.
